May his soul rest in peace.” Rajinikanth and Nana Patekar worked together in Pa. Ranjith’s 2018 film ‘Kaala,’ where Nana played the powerful antagonist Haridev Abhayankar.

Nana Patekar’s career was decorated with three National Film Awards and several other honours. According to NDTV, Nana Patekar was found unconscious at his residence in the Dona Paula area of Goa and was taken to a private hospital. Doctors reportedly performed CPR for around 45 minutes, but he could not be revived.
