Orry's friendship with Sara Ali Khan ends on a bitter note; says 'I will plot revenge'

Looking back at their ten-year bond, Orry explained that he was always the guy stepping up whenever Sara found herself in hot water. He specifically brought up being right by her side down in Goa when she was swept up in a massive media scandal, insisting he stepped in as a protective wall when she desperately needed a solid support system around her.

However, according to Orry, when his own life hit a rough patch, that loyalty wasn’t even remotely reciprocated.

Orry revealed that when he was going through a particularly dark phase, he didn’t even get a basic check-in call from Sara. That total silence cut him far deeper than he expected, especially considering they had been practically inseparable for a decade.

To make matters worse, Orry opened up about his volatile dynamic with Sara’s mother, veteran actor Amrita Singh. He alleged that Amrita chewed him out on multiple occasions—an experience that left him so thoroughly rattled and drained that he ended up severing digital ties with Sara altogether.

Reflecting on the entire ordeal during the podcast, Orry laid it all out:

“Her mother scolded me a lot, so I unfollowed her too. You asked me if there are fake friendships. Sara has been like a childhood friend; we were friends from college and 10 years after that. I was there for her through so much; we were in Goa when she landed in a big case, and I stood by her. In life, at one time when she had to be there for me, she disappeared. In that moment, I felt so bad.”

He went on to claim that he never received a single word of apology for how things were handled. Disillusioned by the whole situation, he officially cut all remaining ties with Sara earlier this year, stating he has zero interest in fake-smiling for the cameras or pretending everything is fine between them.
