BENGALURU: Delhi high court has listed hostel chain Zostel’s appeal against IPO-bound hospitality firm Oyo for hearing on Aug 12, while disposing of an interim application Zostel filed. The dispute stems from Oyo’s proposed acquisition of Zostel in 2015. The deal later fell through, triggering arbitration proceedings and litigation.
